Submit a Civil War show, battlefield tour, reenactment, seminar, auction, living history program, or museum event for listing on CivilWarEvents.com. Listings are free and every submission is reviewed by an editor.

Before you begin — how listings work

Submitting an event does not guarantee publication.
Listings may be edited for clarity, length, and house style.
Dates, addresses, admission, and descriptions remain the organizer’s responsibility. We publish what you supply and will not invent missing details.
Do not submit copyrighted images without the copyright holder’s authorization.
A published listing appears here and on CivilWarDealers.com from the same record — you never need to submit it twice.

Add one row per day. Multiday events often keep different hours each day — enter them as they actually are rather than repeating the first day.

Vendor and dealer space

What a table costs is the first thing a dealer wants to know. Fill this in and your show appears with its prices on the listing; leave it alone and nothing here is published.

Hotel and lodging

If you have blocked rooms, give the code and the date the block is released. Dealers and out-of-state visitors book on it, and the block goes unused when nobody knows it exists.
